We are Locatee, a Zurich-based startup creating the future of office buildings. Our big data platform „Locatee Analytics” augments the physical workspace with real-time data to create smart and people-oriented office buildings. Thanks to Locatee some of the largest organisations worldwide are able to intelligently optimise their office buildings and shape the way how people interact with their workspace.



  • Be independently responsible for growing a strong and healthy sales pipeline with qualified opportunities and rapidly increasing revenue streams
  • Build up trusted, long-term customer relationships with a consultative selling approach
  • Handle prospects' objections and ensure smooth transitions between all sales stages from lead qualification to negotiating recurring-revenue contracts
  • Gather customer insight to support value creation for our customers
  • Support at building a high performance sales organisation and optimizing sales processes and strategies
  • Up to 50% travel



  • First experience in B2B sales at a startup or technology company
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills in German and English
  • Higher education with a completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality and sales driven attitude
  • Excellent communicator and influencer with confident appearance
  • Passionate about helping customers solve problems by understanding their pain points and matching them with our offerings
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a small team within a startup-environment
  • Flair for technology
  • Background in Commercial Real Estate, Workspace Consulting or access to a network of Facility or Real Estate Managers and C-level is a plus
